Training matched my initial hopes

I came into the onboarding process expecting straightforward instruction, and it pretty much delivered on that. The training materials were well structured, explaining the dialer and database features clearly enough so I could follow along without much trouble. However, the pace was sometimes faster than I anticipated, making it slightly challenging to absorb everything in one go. Despite that, I appreciated how they broke down the workflow setups step by step. It met my reasonable expectations but didn’t give extra depth that some advanced users might look for. Still, for the basics and getting started quickly, it did exactly what I hoped it would.
