Training matched my expectations but timing wasn’t ideal

I anticipated that the training would be flexible enough to suit my schedule, but in reality, while the material was comprehensive, the timing was somewhat rigid. Many sessions were scheduled during hours that clashed with my peak productivity times and prior commitments, which made it challenging to engage without distraction. The onboarding flow was clear and the trainers explained the software features in detail, but I felt some of the sessions could have been better adjusted to the varied working hours of remote users like me. Despite this limitation, the training’s usefulness was not diminished; however, a more adaptable schedule would have made the experience significantly better for someone balancing different time zones or personal responsibilities. This contrast between expectation and actual timing shaped my overall positive but reserved impression.
