Training matched most expectations with minor differences
I had some clear ideas about what the training would cover before I started, especially regarding the dialer and database features. The overall training modules aligned well with those expectations, providing detailed lessons on most functions. However, I found that certain nuanced workflows weren’t as thoroughly addressed as I had hoped, requiring me to reference additional help materials. The onboarding flow was neatly structured and the updates incorporated during training matched the descriptions given beforehand. While some aspects felt slightly rushed, the overall depth was appropriate. I did appreciate how telephonic support was available when I needed clarification. The experience was largely what I anticipated with just a few small areas that could use enhancement.
