Training made sense but could be clearer on some terms
Looking back after completing the initial onboarding and a few weeks of practical use, I found the training provided quite solid overall. The content was well-organized, walking me through the software setup, using the dialer, and managing the database effectively. However, some of the wording and labels used within those training materials caused brief confusion for me. Certain features were described with technical terms that might not be familiar to everyone starting remote workflows. For example, the subtle distinctions between different call modes weren’t very clearly highlighted, so I had to figure out what worked best mostly by trial and error. Still, the recorded sessions and training documents were detailed enough to support that exploration. If I were to sum it up in a casual chat with a friend, I would say it’s “Pretty helpful but don’t expect every label to be obvious right away.” Once past that learning curve, the whole experience turned out to be much smoother and more productive, so I’m glad I stuck with it.
