Training made me figure out most things alone
The training and onboarding process at WFHI was mostly a self-driven experience. There were some introductory materials provided, but a large part of learning how to use the calling tools and database felt like something I had to discover on my own. While this approach worked well for me because I enjoy figuring out software independently, it might not suit everyone. The automatic updates ran without issue, which helped keep the software current without intervention. I did appreciate that the sign-up and billing steps were straightforward and didn't require much effort. However, the minimal direct guidance during onboarding stood out most distinctly—there was little instructor-led interaction or detailed walkthroughs. This meant I often needed to experiment with the dialer functions and database features to understand their capabilities. So, in short, the standout part was how much figuring out I had to do by myself, which was sometimes challenging but ultimately rewarding.
