Training length and repetition differed from expectations
When I enrolled in the onboarding and training, I expected a steady pace without too much waiting or redundant content. However, the sessions sometimes felt repetitive, covering similar topics across different modules, which slowed down my progress. Additionally, there were some unavoidable pauses while waiting for software-side updates to propagate or for support to clear up technical questions. The training was thorough, that's true, but I found some delays frustrating as they interrupted the learning flow. On the other hand, the ability to replay recorded sessions helped me reinforce key points at my own speed, which aligned well with my expectations for flexible onboarding. Overall, I felt the experience was somewhat uneven—more repetition and waiting than I had hoped, but also with enough resources to make up for it. Having balanced these factors, I remain cautiously optimistic but think improvements could be made to streamline the process and reduce idle time during onboarding.
