Jab main training start ki to kabhi kuch sessions mere din ke schedule se match nahi karte, toh main ne apna free waqt adjust karna pada outside of office hours. Yeh chiz mujhe thodi si dikkat hui ki majority of training content 9-5 ke beech mein nahi mila jo ki main kaam ke liye available hoon. Onboarding process mein kaafi material tha lekin woh itna flexible nahi tha ki main apne actual working hours mein easily usko follow kar sakoon.
