Training left me wanting, onboarding felt worse than before
Reflecting on my experience with the training and onboarding, I found it considerably lacking compared to what I had previously used. The initial modules seemed overly simplistic and didn’t adequately prepare me for the actual workflow tasks. Unlike my earlier experiences where onboarding was more hands-on and cohesive, here, the guidance felt more theoretical and disconnected from day-to-day use cases. The database feature integration was particularly confusing, and training sessions didn’t offer enough practical examples, making it difficult to visualize how to implement the software in real time. I also noticed the dialer tools were less intuitive than I expected, requiring more trial and error than I anticipated. Though the automatic updates attempted to fix some bugs, they frequently disrupted the interface, causing frustration. The invoicing and payment steps were serviceable but didn’t compensate for the overall lack of effective training. Looking back, it was clear that the approach here didn’t match the standard set by previous solutions I had relied on. In all, I felt this training process fell short of what I needed to confidently use the software.
