Training left me unsure despite some helpful parts
I joined WFHI hoping their training and onboarding would set me up confidently, but I found the experience quite uneven. The introduction session covering the software basics was decent; it walked me through the main components clearly enough so I could navigate the initial setup. However, when it came to deeper training on features like the automatic updates or the more advanced dialer controls, the instructions felt rushed and somewhat lacking in detail. This led to uncertainty on my part about how best to apply what was taught in practical workflows. The training videos were a bit too generic at times, which left me wishing for more examples relevant to my specific use cases. On the positive side, the database feature training was well structured and helped me organize contacts better than before, which is one aspect I could rely on by the end. But overall, I felt the training didn’t sufficiently build my confidence to use the software fully on my own. I think some improvements in clarity and pacing for advanced topics would make it much more effective for new users like me who need thorough onboarding support.
