Training left me somewhat confident
The overall training and onboarding process gave me a mixed sense of confidence that I’ve been reflecting on. On the one hand, the initial introduction to the software’s calling tools and database features was well structured and accessible. The training materials were warm in tone and easy to follow, which helped me feel comfortable as I navigated the platform. On the other hand, as I moved into applying what I learned practically, some parts of the software felt complicated. There were moments when I wasn’t sure if I was using the flow correctly or if I had fully grasped the right steps. The telephonic support was helpful but couldn’t fully remove my doubts. By the end, I felt reasonably prepared to continue using the tools but still cautious about some features. So, I’d say the experience left me somewhat confident, neither frustrated nor fully assured, with space for gradual improvement as I keep working through the platform’s functions.
