Training left me guessing more than I wanted
The onboarding and training provided were a mixed bag. On one hand, some parts of the training modules were clear enough to get me started, especially when it came to the basics of the dashboard and database features. However, I often found myself having to figure out several aspects on my own, particularly when it came to the more advanced calling tools and dialer settings. It felt like there was an assumption that I’d know some technical parts already, which wasn’t quite the case. The automatic updates feature was a little confusing at first, and they weren’t covered in depth during training. I did appreciate that support was available by phone, though I wish that the initial onboarding flow had been more guided to reduce the trial and error. In the end, I managed to get things working as I wanted, but it took more effort and some frustration. I think the mix of solid foundational content and gaps requiring self-learning resulted in an uneven experience, leaving me feeling less confident during the initial days.
