training led to good usability despite some small hiccups
So I started using the WFHI training modules over several days and the onboarding felt pretty steady after the initial hiccups. The daily syncing of the database with new calls was smooth most times but sometimes the dialer had small bugs that meant I had to restart the app. These didn’t stop me from moving forward but did slow me down a little. Updates were automatic, which I liked since I didn’t have to do much manually. Plus, the telephonic support was quick to answer when I got stuck on a setup step or had payment-related questions. Signing up and handling invoices was all fine on the routine days, which made the process pretty worry-free. Overall, the training did its job to make the tools usable day after day. I ended up using the software comfortably, though it wasn’t totally flawless. Some daily issues popped up but nothing critical enough to stop work. So while the onboarding flow wasn’t perfect everytime, the end result was good user experience with real usability.
