Training language was mostly clear, but labels felt off
Overall, the training material was straightforward and the wording made sense in most parts of the onboarding. Most of the instructions were clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated. However, there was a bit of inconsistency in the labels used within the software interface and training. Some terms didn’t quite match what I was expecting, which made navigation just a slight bit confusing initially. This mismatch slowed me down as I had to double-check or adjust my understanding. On the positive side, the support team was responsive when I needed clarification on those labels, so the experience didn’t feel entirely frustrating. I’d say the training is mostly well done, but these small terminological issues pulled down the overall ease of learning a bit. Still, nothing too problematic once you get through the first few steps.
