Training lacked what I really needed
So, I tried out the training and onboarding from WorkFromHomeIndia after using a couple other setups before. Honestly, it felt like some important things were missing compared to what I was used to. The onboarding was straightforward but didn’t have that step-by-step guidance I expected from their intro videos. I was hoping for more interactive stuff or maybe quizzes to help lock things in, but it was mostly just watching presentations. The part where I set up the calling tool was okay, but I kind of wish they’d explained some of the features in more depth because I was a bit lost initially. I had to figure a lot out on my own, which isn’t what I wanted. At least the update system was smooth, so I didn’t have to worry about using outdated versions. Still, the overall feel was just missing that personal or engaging touch I had seen elsewhere. Compared to other software and onboarding experiences I’ve had, it missed that one thing that would have made me feel fully confident using the platform early on. So yeah, it was fine but definitely fell short for where I thought it would be.
