Training lacked some depth compared to others I've tried

I’d say the training and onboarding process at WFHI left me feeling somewhat neutral, mostly because it was more basic compared to other software trainings I've experienced. While the initial onboarding steps were clear and well-organized, the training modules didn’t dive as deeply into the practical applications of the software as I was hoping for. For example, the part covering the call dialer and database integration was useful but not as detailed as I’ve found in other systems where I could experiment with the features during the training. I also noticed that some of the automatic update details were not fully explained, which made me unsure how to adapt to changes when they occurred. This is not to say the training was bad—just that it didn’t meet some expectations based on my previous experiences. I think for a beginner it should be adequate, but advanced users may find it a bit lacking in substance.
