Training lacked some clear guidance
Looking back on the onboarding and training, I can see now that a lot of it was left for me to figure out by myself. The introduction sessions gave a decent overview of the software and calling tools, but when it came to managing the database or adjusting settings after automatic updates, the guidance was fairly minimal. I had to spend quite some time experimenting and searching through FAQs or support contacts just to feel confident with certain features. Some of this is perhaps inevitable with any remote workflow solution, but it felt like the training could have included more proactive walk-throughs on ongoing maintenance rather than mostly focusing on initial setup. This made the process slower for me, and I sometimes wished for a more structured resource or clearer step-by-step instructions. Overall the training was not without value, but the gap left in aftercare tutorials and self-help info meant I relied heavily on trial and error. That’s something I think they could improve to save users from extra hassle later.
