Training lacked ongoing setup guidance
The initial onboarding training covered the basics of the software well, but I quickly realized that most of the setup required was one-off. There wasn't enough focus on how to manage ongoing tasks efficiently or how to troubleshoot common issues after the first steps. It felt like once the initial setup was done, I was left to figure out continuous usage on my own. While the training sessions were clear and concise in explaining setup features such as the database and calling tools, there was a missing piece about how to maintain and optimize these components over time. I was expecting more guidance on day-to-day operational workflows rather than just the initial configuration. This omission made it harder to fully leverage the software's capabilities without additional learning from other sources. In general, the training was adequate for starting up but lacked depth for long-term remote workflow management. I would have appreciated a stronger emphasis on ongoing support resources or regular refresher sessions to keep up with updates and challenges.
