Compared to other platforms I have used, the training from WorkFromHomeIndia felt rather shallow. The onboarding software was functional but did not cover the real hands-on issues one encounters in remote workflows. For example, the database feature was introduced but the intricacies of integrating it with daily calling operations were glossed over. While the dialer software worked as intended, the lessons lacked practical examples on troubleshooting common problems. It felt like basic tasks were demonstrated without preparing for real work scenarios. Automatic updates rolled out but no clear guidance was provided on their implications, which could confuse new users. The sign-up and payment processes were clean and easy to navigate, which was the only positive part. Overall, it did not meet my expectations for comprehensive onboarding or thorough training support, making it a less effective solution for seasoned users.
