Training labels made sense but expected clearer wording

When I first started the training, I had certain expectations about how straightforward the labels and instructions on the software would be. As I went through the onboarding and explored the calling tools and database, I found that most of the labels were quite clear, which helped reduce confusion. The step-by-step flow of the training sessions was logical for the most part. However, there were moments when some of the wording on the interface felt a bit technical or ambiguous, especially around the updates section and certain parts of invoicing. This minor confusion slowed me down occasionally as I wasn’t sure if I was completing the steps correctly. The telephonic support tried to clarify things, but I feel a little more intuitive language, especially in the training materials, would better fit the expectations I had. Still, overall, the experience was good and relatively smooth, just with small opportunities for making the terminology even more user-friendly.
