Training labels made initial steps confusing, but some clear instructions helped

When I first started the training and onboarding, I found some of the wording and labels quite confusing. The dashboard menus had ambiguous labels which didn’t clearly explain their functions, and the terminology used sometimes seemed inconsistent between the training modules and the software itself. Initially, I followed the early tutorial steps but often felt stuck because terms weren’t intuitive, leaving me guessing whether I was doing the right thing. On the positive side, some video segments did explain certain processes clearly, which helped later on when I tried to set up calling tools. However, this clarity was overshadowed by the overall lack of consistency in wording. By the time I reached the advanced training, I understood much better what was expected, but the initial imbalance in terminology definitely caused frustration and delayed progress. Had the labels been clearer from the get-go, it would have saved me considerable time and confusion.
