Training labels confused me throughout

The onboarding training seemed promising, but the wording and labels in the software caused me significant confusion. Terms used in instructions didn’t always match what appeared on the dashboard, leading to misunderstandings while learning the remote workflows system. For example, the dialer feature was labeled inconsistently between training modules and actual interface, which made navigation difficult. Despite multiple attempts to follow the steps, I found myself stuck often and needed to rely heavily on telephonic support, which wasn’t always immediately available. The inconsistent terms and unclear guidance slowed down my progress significantly. The software itself seemed capable, but the training failed to make using it intuitive. I expected more precise labeling to avoid such confusion. This lack of clarity was the main problem for me during onboarding.
