Training Labels Clearly Confusing, Problematic Onboarding

My experience with the onboarding and training process was fraught with confusion, primarily because the wording and labels used throughout seemed unclear. When I first signed up and accessed the introductory training modules, I found that labels like "Step One" Or "Module A" Did not correspond intuitively with the actual tasks I was supposed to perform. For instance, a section called "Initial Setup" Failed to clarify whether it referred to software installation or account configuration, which left me stuck at that point for quite some time. During the subsequent calls with support, they clarified some points, but the training materials themselves lacked cohesion in terminology. Another example was the dialer setup instructions, which referenced features with ambiguous terms that made me question if I was even using the right interface. Because of this, my onboarding process stretched longer than expected and felt tedious. It felt like the training was written without considering new users' perspectives, which was particularly frustrating when trying to streamline my workflow early on. I wish the documentation and labels were clearer and more consistent throughout so I could have gotten going faster and with less hassle.
