Training labels clear enough for some, confusing for others

Reflecting on the training and onboarding process, I found the wording and labels in WFHI's software a bit inconsistent. For instance, some buttons were labeled in a user-friendly way, like 'Start Call' or 'Sync Database', which made navigation straightforward. But other terms like 'Dialer Preferences' or 'Workflow Sync' were vague without additional explanation. This inconsistency meant users with some background in remote workflow software would fare better than absolute beginners. Also, the training modules sometimes used terminology that didn't always match what was on the dashboard, causing momentary confusion. That said, the overall structure was logical, and spending time experimenting in parallel helped clarify things. I think the product suits users comfortable with technical terms or those willing to push past initial uncertainties. For someone expecting a fully guided and uniformly worded experience, it might cause frustration. Personally, I was able to work around these issues but think there is room for improvement in clarity and consistency in training materials and labels.
