Training labels clear, but expected a bit more simplicity
When I first signed up, I expected the training to have very straightforward language and minimal jargon, since that often helps with quick understanding. In practice, the materials did use technical terms that made some parts a little difficult to grasp on the first go, which wasn’t quite what I envisioned. On the other hand, the labels on the software buttons and menu were mostly intuitive and made navigating easier than I feared. So overall, the mix was a little surprising: the interface’s wording felt user-friendly and to the point, but some training explanations did require extra attention. I ended up appreciating the thoroughness, even if it sometimes felt like more than necessary. This balance between clear labels and more complex training wording made me take a little longer, but it was still manageable and better than vague instructions.
