Training labels caused more trouble than help

From the start I had the impression the training and onboarding would be straightforward, but it wasn't. The labels and wording used in the software training sessions were confusing right from the first module. Rather than guiding me smoothly, they added to the uncertainty about how to actually use the dialer or manage databases effectively. I figured maybe it was just me, but several terms didn’t quite match what was on the user interface or in the software itself, making the learning process longer and more complicated. Instead of clarifying, the instructions seemed to contradict how workflows were supposed to function. This mismatch made me lose confidence early on because I couldn’t easily trust the prompts or materials. So while the training existed, the choice of phrases and labels was a real barrier to getting started comfortably. It’s a shame, as with clearer wording, the experience might have been less frustrating from the beginning.
