Training Labels Caused Confusion, Outcome Was Mixed

The training and onboarding process presented information in a way that was moderately helpful but somewhat confusing due to inconsistent labeling. At times, the terminology used in the modules did not match what I expected or what I saw elsewhere in the software interface. This caused a few moments where I was unsure if I was following the correct steps, slowing down my progress. However, I appreciated the clear audio instructions and the pace at which the content was delivered; it did allow me to understand the workflow basics. Although the wording could be improved for better clarity, the support team was able to clarify some doubts through calls, which helped reconcile the inconsistencies. Thus, while the onboarding was not as smooth as I hoped, it was not entirely unmanageable. In the end, the experience felt more challenging than necessary because of labeling issues that should be addressed to enhance clarity.
