Training labels aur words mein clarity honi chahiye thi
Mujhe lagta hai ki training aur onboarding mein wording aur labels thode aur clear hone chahiye. Kabhi kabhi jo terms use kiye gaye the, wo confusing aur technical lagte the, aur samajhna mushkil hota tha ki exact meaning kya hai. Jaise ki dialer options ya database features ke descriptions, unka simple explanation nahi mila, jis wajah se main progress mein ruk gayi thi.
