Training labels and wording were completely confusing

Honestly, my experience with the training and onboarding was frustrating because the labels and wording just didn’t make sense. I started the initial onboarding hoping the tutorials would clearly map out the software’s features, but instead I got stuck trying to figure out what certain buttons even meant. For example, several key features were named using jargon that wasn’t explained anywhere, making it tough to navigate. The guides seemed to jump from one topic to another without clear transitions, so I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to complete each step before moving on. It felt like the language was designed without thinking about users who aren't tech savvy, which made the entire process time-consuming and confusing. I wasted a lot of time guessing what was required rather than learning efficiently. In the end, I was left needing to reach out for extra help, but the onboarding itself should have been clearer. If the wording and labels were more user-friendly, the whole training would have felt a lot more productive and less discouraging from the start.
