Training labels and terms make sense only if you don’t expect shortcuts

Look, I’ve explained this before: the wording in the training and onboarding is straightforward if you take the time to go through every module and step. It won’t suit someone expecting shortcuts or immediate results because the labels and instructions are very literal and quite dense. Everything is labeled so you know exactly where you are, and the steps to use the dialer or update the database aren’t ambiguous. But if you don’t want to spend a bit of time learning everything thoroughly, it might not suit you. For those who want a thorough understanding of the software, it fits well.
