Training labeling was a mess

Honestly, the training material was quite confusing. The wording was inconsistent, and the labels used throughout didn’t always match what appeared in the software. At times, I wasn’t sure if I was reading instructions for the dialer or for the database feature. This lack of clarity made onboarding more frustrating than it needed to be. What was better was that the initial overview did cover the basics well, so I had a general sense of what was supposed to happen. However, when I tried to dive deeper, the unclear labels and inconsistent terminology made me doubt if I was doing things right. It felt like the training wasn’t reviewed properly. Clear labeling would have helped avoid a lot of confusion. Unfortunately, I found myself double-checking steps repeatedly to be sure. So while some content was okay, overall, I think the training could have been much more straightforward and better designed.
