Training kicked off well, but onboarding dragged a bit
I’ve been through similar onboarding flows before, so I thought I’d have no trouble getting started with WFHI’s training. The initial sign-up went smoothly enough and the training modules seemed solid. It took a bit longer than I expected to reach the stage where I could really put the dialer and database features to use though. I guess that’s because some of the tutorials overlapped or repeated basic settings in multiple steps, which might help absolute beginners but felt a little redundant to me. On the plus side, the automated updates kept the software fresh without me needing to intervene, which was nice. Calling tools generally worked well during the week I tested them, no big glitches. Telephonic support was helpful when I did call in for questions, though sometimes waiting times were a bit longer than I preferred. Overall, I’m happy with how the onboarding and training prepared me to use the software, but it could be slightly more streamlined to get users fully operational faster. The balance of solid content with minor delays in progressing left me feeling I’d recommend it, but with a small caveat to manage expectations about the time it takes.
