Training sessions me good content tha, par real day-to-day workflows me document database ka integration thoda confusing tha. Onboarding ke dauran kuch updates aaye jo mujhe samajh nahi aaye, ise follow karna bhi ek challenge tha. Lekin calling tools ka dialer generally thik chal raha tha, aur kisi din thodi better clarity milti. Mujhe laga tha ki joh training milegi usse main zyada confident ho jaungi, par uske bad bhi kabhi-kabhi software ke navigation issues aate rahe, jo important hain roz kaam ke liye.
