Training ke steps thode ajeeb the, I wasn’t expecting that
Hey, so I started the onboarding and training with WFHI thinking it would follow a straightforward, logical sequence but it turned out kinda different. Like, the training modules had some really useful stuff upfront, such as using the dialer and database features, which I liked because I could start working on actual tasks quickly. But then some important steps about workflow management came later, which felt a bit confusing as I missed that context initially. I was surprised they didn't structure it so that everything built upon the basics gradually – instead, it was like jumping a bit here and there. It did give me a chance to explore features on my own though, which was a nice flexibility. However, the onboarding support was pretty helpful in filling those gaps whenever I got stuck. Overall, it wasn’t perfect but I am still figuring out how to use all that training well. Thought I’d share because at first I wasn’t super sure if I’d manage it but it’s getting clearer with time.
