Roz roz software thoda slow hota tha, dialer thoda hang karta tha aur database me data pura load nahi hota tha bar bar. Support ko call kiya toh response ya to late milta tha ya samajh nahi aati thi problem ka solution. Receipt aur payment confirmation lene mein bhi samasya hui jisse mujhe apna kaam delay karna pada. Jo training thi usme kaafi cheezein promise ki gayi thi, par daily use me woh problem bar bar aayi toh frustration bara ho gaya. Mujhe lagta hai software ko optimize karna chahiye tha aur support ko bhi responsive banana chahiye tha. Training aur sign-up process theek tha par jo day to day performance thi woh bilkul satisfactory nahi thi, mujhe toh lagta hai ki ye sab chize improve karni chahiye.
