Onboarding process bhi itna smooth nahi tha; sign-up ke baad mujhe lagta tha ki mujhe software chalane mein help milegi, magar wo clarity nahi thi. Support team ko call kiya toh response slow tha, aur tabhi laga ki training se kuch jyada madad nahi mili. Jo expectations thi ki main jaldi se software ko operate kar paaungi, woh bilkul match nahi hui.
