Agle kuch modules follow karte hue onboarding process mein step by step chalna tha, lekin instructions clear nahi thi. Kuch parts to asaan lag rahe the, par jab calling tools aur dialer use karna shuru kiya, toh technical details samajh mein nahi aayi. Support team ko phone kiya, par jab solution nahi mila, toh frustration badhne lagi. Database ka feature bhi complex laga without proper guidance. Training ke end tak main confident nahi thi ki kaise software ko efficiently use karungi. Lagta hai mujhe kuch important cheezen training mein miss ho gayi thi ya mujhe zyda personalised support chahiye tha.
