Training kaafi alag tha, bada surprise tha!
Yaar main jab WFHI ke training aur onboarding process mein gayi thi, toh sach kahoon toh pehle to thoda doubt tha ki ye software bas software hoga, lekin training waali cheez ne kabhi socha nahi tha itni achhi hogi. Mera pehla software experience toh bas basic videos aur documents par depend karta tha, par yahan jo trainer ne step by step sab samjhaya, wo kaafi engaging aur interactive tha. Har module mein practical examples diye jaate the aur calls ke liye dialer setting samajhane mein bhi extra help di gayi. Database feature ki training ne mujhe apne workflow ko streamline karne mein madad ki, kuch aise tricks bataye jo mainne kabhi use nahi kiye the pehle. Sabse bada surprise toh ye tha ki onboarding itna smooth tha, poora flow easily samajh aa gaya bina kisi hurdles ke. Mujhe laga tha ki support ho sakta hai thoda slow ho ya confusing, lekin telephonic support bhi kaafi prompt mila jab questions poochi thi. Overall, ye training ka experience mujhe bahut pasand aaya aur main definitely recommend karungi apne dost ko.
