Training ka process thoda confusing tha
Maine training start ki thi aur pehla step toh theek tha, par uske baad onboarding flow mein labels samajhna thoda mushkil hua. Jo wording software mein diya tha, wo itni clear nahi thi, matlab kabhi kabhi mujhe doubt hota ki kya karna hai. Database aur dialer jaise features ko samjhane mein thoda time laga, kyunki labels zyada explanatory nahi they. Lekin mujhe yeh maanna padega ki jo basic calling tool tha, wo achha kaam karta tha aur automatic updates se koi problem nahi hui. Overall, effort zyada lagana pada samajhne mein aur training kaafi slow thi. Agar labels aur instructions thodi simple hoti toh shayad main jaldi ready ho pati.
