training ka call setup thoda confusing tha
I really liked how the training material covered most of the basics but when it came to the call dialer setup stage, wo thoda confusing tha. Steps properly aligned nahi lage, jaise mujhe pehle database setup karna chahiye tha call se pehle, par uska mention training mein clear nahi tha. Baki sab onboarding parts easy samajh aaye aur maine automatic updates ke baare mein bhi acha feel kiya. Sign-up and invoicing process bhi fairly straightforward tha, koi extra dikkat nahi hui. Thoda feedback main dungi ki call dialer setup wale steps ko thoda aur logically arrange karna chahiye training mein taki koi confusion na rahe. Otherwise sab thik tha aur support bhi available tha jab bhi zarurat padi. Overall ek mixed experience tha but training ka ye specific part mujhe thoda lag raha hai ki better ho sakta hai agar waisa nahi hota toh aur acha hota.
