Reflecting on the training and onboarding process, I found myself somewhat confused especially with the wording and labels used throughout. Many of the terms felt inconsistent or not intuitive, which slowed down my progress considerably. The process was disjointed at times and I struggled to understand exactly what each step entailed. While some modules were clear, overall, the way information was presented did not make sense to me after the fact. Considering this now, I am unsure whether I would choose to go through the same training program again since it required extra effort to decipher terminology which should have been straightforward. The one positive was that the support team was responsive when I asked for clarifications.
