Training is okay but then glitches show up
Day-to-day using the WFHI platform went alright but didn’t exactly impress me. The initial training gave a decent baseline on the workflow and software basics, which was good enough to start. But as the workweek rolled on, I noticed the calling tools sometimes lag and the dialer had connectivity hiccups during peak hours. The database feature worked fine most of the time but often didn’t sync up immediately after the automatic updates. Supporting phone calls when I reached out were polite but didn’t solve every problem on the spot, so that was a downside. Sign-up and payment were smooth, invoicing was straightforward. So, in simple terms, it’s something I’d tell a friend is alright but not perfect—there are good points but expect some everyday frustrations that you have to find workarounds for.
