Training is okay but not for everyone
I found the training sessions somewhat helpful but not fully comprehensive. Whenever I faced issues while onboarding, the guides sometimes helped and sometimes left me guessing. For example, the database feature was explained well, but when an error popped up in the dialer setup, the reaction was slower than expected. Still, I liked the overall approach since the team was patient and open to feedback, which made the process less frustrating. For those with some prior tech knowledge, this training might be adequate. But I could see if you're a complete beginner, it might feel a bit patchy and you'd need to be proactive about finding solutions. Automatic updates helped smooth out some issues later on, reducing confusion. The invoicing and payment steps were fine, clear enough. So, if you're someone who will keep a steady pace and stay engaged during onboarding, this training fits. Otherwise, it might not be the best if you want quick, foolproof hand-holding.
