Training is basic and wouldn’t suit someone used to advanced workflows
I compared WFHI’s training and onboarding with what I had been using before, and frankly, it was basic. The training modules cover the fundamentals and walk through using the software and dialing tools, but I found it lacking in depth for those already comfortable with more complex remote workflow systems. The onboarding was straightforward but didn’t include advanced tips or shortcuts I was accustomed to. The database feature introduction was minimal and didn’t integrate advanced search or batch editing functions. Automatic updates didn’t bring in noticeable new features either. For those new or using entry-level tools, this might suffice, but if someone wants a more comprehensive or technical training experience, WFHI’s approach may fall short. The sign-up and invoicing went as expected without confusion, but the training itself limits the utility for more experienced users.
