Training involved effort and some wait but was mostly clear
I found the training and onboarding for WFHI to be fairly structured but requiring a reasonable amount of effort on my part. At the start, signing up and accessing the training modules was straightforward enough, which helped reduce early frustration. The lessons were paced well, though I did encounter repeated sections that, while perhaps useful for emphasis, felt redundant after the first viewing. Navigating the software during onboarding took time because I wanted to be thorough, and sometimes I had to pause and wait for responses from support when issues arose. The database feature was introduced gradually, which helped me build familiarity step by step, but this also slowed down the overall experience. I appreciated the telephonic support, although connecting sometimes involved hold times longer than I expected, which added to the total effort required. Recording calls with the dialer worked mostly as intended, but there were a few minor glitches that support helped resolve after some back and forth. Payment and invoicing processes were communicated clearly, with no surprises there. Overall, while this onboarding wasn’t effortless, the structured process and assistance made the learning curve manageable. My evaluation is that using WFHI’s training resources demands commitment and some patience, but it ultimately equips users adequately to work with the software effectively.
