Training instructions were unclear, especially the setup details
I went through the initial onboarding and training with the hope that everything would be clearly explained, but honestly, I struggled to get a firm grasp. The modules intended to guide users through software setup were quite vague on some important steps like configuring the dialer and connecting with the database, which meant I spent more time confused than I expected. The instructions sometimes skipped over basic things I thought would be common knowledge, or they introduced terminology without really defining it. This left me unsure whether I was missing something or if the training just assumed too much prior knowledge. I was specifically frustrated by the parts that discussed linking contacts and organizing workflows, since those felt crucial for my daily use. Without clear step-by-step guidance, I found myself relying on trial and error more than I’d have liked. It’s not that I am completely against online training, but the clarity could have been much better. It’s a shame because I wanted to get going quickly but was held back by these issues in communication and presentation.
