Training improved my workflow compared to previous platforms
The training sessions provided by WorkFromHomeIndia really helped me get accustomed to their software faster than any other I have used before. Unlike earlier experiences where I had to figure out everything on my own or watch generic tutorials, this onboarding gave structured guidance. It made me more productive quickly because the lessons targeted real tasks I perform daily with the dialer and database. I did notice some small technical hiccups during live calls but overall the training prepared me well for the normal rhythm of use.
