Training hours suited my schedule but some parts felt stretched
The training and onboarding process overall was quite balanced in terms of time commitment. I work flexible hours, and the training materials were available when I could access them, which worked well for my routine. However, some modules felt a bit stretched and not very engaging, making it harder to stay focused for long periods. The practical exercises helped, and I found the database and calling tool walkthroughs particularly useful for understanding how to apply the software in real tasks. Despite the longer sections, the onboarding did prepare me adequately, but I'd suggest tightening some parts to better fit busy schedules.
