Training hours mostly fit, but one module stood out
The onboarding training generally fit into the kind of hours I actually work each day, which was a relief because having to adjust my schedule too much isn’t easy for me. I appreciated that the modules were spaced out, so I could take breaks as needed and not feel overwhelmed. However, the segment on using the dialer tool felt quite long and a bit repetitive, like it could have been trimmed or made more concise. It was the main part where I wondered if the time spent was really worth it since I'd used other calling tools before and didn’t need such detailed explanations. Besides that, the video tutorials were clear, and I liked the mix of text and demonstrations. Sign-up and invoicing happened smoothly during onboarding, so that part was painless. Overall, the training hours fit my workweek with no major trouble, and I think I’ll remember the dialer lesson, even if it felt a bit drawn out. Honestly, I’ve been through onboarding like this before, so it didn’t shock me much.
