Training hours matched my schedule, needed some focus
I didn’t expect the training and onboarding to fit so neatly into the hours I normally work, but it actually aligned decently well. It wasn’t without some effort, of course. The modules needed my full attention, and I made sure I followed along during the time slots I reserved from my day. The dialer and database features were clearly demonstrated in the training, which helped make the long hours feel productive rather than wasted. I noticed that automatic updates didn’t disrupt my focus once I’d started, which was good since it let me complete sessions without interruptions. I wouldn’t say it was completely effortless, but honestly, with a bit of planning around my work hours, it was manageable. I suspect if I had to do it again, I’d try to allow some extra time to avoid feeling rushed, though as it stood, I got through the training well enough and learned what I needed to make use of the software properly.
