Training hours matched my actual work schedule overall
I was hoping the training and onboarding would align better with the irregular hours I work, as I’m often outside the usual 9-to-5 range. Initially, the sessions did seem a bit rigid in timing, making it hard to fully engage when my active hours were different. However, I appreciated how the system did allow for some flexibility, for instance with on-demand video content I could access whenever convenient. Still, there were a few live sessions I struggled to attend because they overlapped with my other work commitments. The onboarding flow itself was quite smooth, though it sometimes felt like the pace was geared toward people with more traditional schedules. By the end, I found myself able to adapt and fit the learning around my actual working hours, which was a relief. So, while not perfect, the training did roughly suit the hours I actually work now, but I wish the timing consideration had been a bit more upfront in the beginning. It made me circle back and adjust my expectations a bit as I progressed.
